Is it normal when you lower pump speed the pressure in the filter drops? Also one of my three jets keeps bubbling even after i troubleshooted the pump. What could be another issue?

When you lower the pump speed it lowers the flow rate which lowers the pressure loss which lowers the filter pressure.
If you have air in the returns, you have a suction side leak. Check all the connections, the pump basket lid, etc.

Yes, quite normal.. My filter pressure normally runs at about 1 lbs. Filter pressure is actually the opposite from what you think.. The reading is actually the amount of effort it takes to push the water through the filter.. Lower is most often better.
