Pump Refurb?

I've had my Intelliflo for 9 years, during which time it's been run almost continuously (albeit at a very low setting). Lately, I've noticed that it's pumping less water at the preset flows, regardless of filter condition. Is there some overhaul I can perform that will restore it to its former glory (maybe an impeller replacement?), or is it just reaching the end of its lifespan?

I would get a pump rebuild kit with a new salt or SCS seal and see if that helps
