Pump Noise

I have a 2 year old INTELLIFLO 2 VARIABLE SPEED PUMP TRADE SERIES pump that is making a strange noise.
Any idea what it could be?

My Hayward VSP pump started making a lot of noise after a year and a half - it was not bad at low speed, but very evident at high speeds. I had them look at it under warranty, and they replaced the entire pump. No issues since. It's most likely a seal or bearing going bad.

You have a suction side air leak. There should be no air in your pump basket. Find that leak and that may be the source of the noise.
