My subscriprion just renewed and confirmed payment details via apple, but pool math says i need premium subscription. Details show subscription Jan 2022 so not updates.
This happened to me both times my subscription renewed. I contacted @Leebo and it was corrected quickly, but the renewal process really needs to be fixed.

@Leebo Hey y'all! I too am having to repeatedly click on renew subscription, restore subscription, close the app and go back in then it works. I have also tried clicking on about TFP and restore subscription there. It gave me a no subscription found mssg but then I was able to open the app and a new test results page without problem, although I wonder if the problem will be back again tomorrow? I have been messing with this since early February, I think. Thanks for any help.
Same issue here. Sent @Leebo a PM. It says my subscription expires the same time I clicked renew in the app but the AppStore shows the correct 1 year timeframe expiration.
