Hi everyone. We are not NEW pool owners but new to this particular pool. It is a 7617 gallon salt water pool, that we recently started having issues with being green. We have added numerous amount of products after bringing the water to be tested by Leslie’s. I’ll list a few here.

Dry Acid
Chlor Neutralizer
Fresh N Clear
4 bags of shock
Clarifier
(Note: this wasn’t all at one time. We have had it tested quite a few times)

After all this, this morning we look and the pool is green and cloudy AGAIN. We are at our wits end and are considering just cutting our losses and closing the pool for the summer. Please help as we love swimming and having family over to enjoy the pool.

I’ve attached the most recent water test and pictures of the pool

Welcome to the forum!
You need to follow the SLAM Process. To do that, you need a proper test kit. I suggest the TF-100/Pro or Taylor K2006C. A proper test kit is needed to get the accurate water chemistry results needed to follow the TFP protocols.

While you are waiting on your test kit, add 5 ppm FC worth of liquid chlorine / plain bleach to your pool each evening with the pump running. This will replenish the FC lost each day to the sun and also inhibit any algae in the water from growing further.
I suggest you read through Pool Care Basics - Trouble Free Pool and even look at a few of our videos TFP-TV - Trouble Free Pool

Do what Marty says above. Welcome to the club! The pool store is really terrible at both water testing and giving advice.
