Pool drama in Tampa FL

My name is Brian and my wife and I recently purchased a home in Tampa, FL. Since we've moved in we have had nothing but issues with our pool. After having several service technicians come out to no avail I figured I would try a forum to see if I could find a solution. I'm sure I'll have future problems if I can get this one resolved so it'll be nice to have a forum to reach out to.
