Checking in from Florida

Hello everybody! Checking in from the Tampa area. I have a saltwater pool with attached spa. Solar heat with a heater for the spa. Just stumbled upon this site and thought it would be a good place to find some answers and hopefully contribute.
We’ve had our pool for about 8 years.
