Pool Coping Size -

Looking renovating my pool deck. Since the pool deck is cantilever, I will also be replacing pool coping. I am going to install limestone. The coping options are 12 x 24 or 16 x 24, both bluenosed. How do you decide on size? I will either use stone pavers that are 24 x 24 or 16 x 16.

Also important to note is that the 16 x 24 coping is being discount at 2/3rd the price of the 12 x 24!

Sounds like an easy decision then. Either one should be fine. It's just an aesthetics thing.

The 16" will be easier to lay and do a proper expansion joint so that would be my choice
