Hi,
"temperature up" Botton on Pentair Mini max NT heater control pad is not working.
And I don't have remote control.

I was googling to buy remote control, however I couldn't' find it.
Changing control mainboard might cost too much.
Can you let me know how can I solve this problem?

If I reset the heater, will default temperature be 80?
If it is, then I think it will be cheapest solution.

Or it is possible the button is ok, and I didn't do good way to control temp.
Is there a special step to temp higher?
When I pushed "temp down" botton, (expected) temp went down on display.
However when I pushed "temp up" button, it didn't change.

There is no remote control for just the heater but you would need a full automation system to control it.

In this case, it is likely the button on the board itself that is bad. A board replacement is probably in order to resolve this issue correctly.

There is "remote" button on the control panel.
Can you let me know what it is?

BTW, Is there a reset button in the heater?
If reset make temp setting to 80, then I don't need to do noting.
Or, I guess it might be simple disconnection for the temp up button.
So I might able to fix by soldering it.

And is there a filter or something that I need to maintain to clean for the heater?
I'm new owner of the pool, so I want to clean it before using it.

Thank you!

Manual is here - https://images.inyopools.com/cloud/documents/pentair-heater-minimax-nt-ln.pdf See page 27.

Remote refers to connecting to an automation system. The button simply turns on or off if the automation is controlling the heater.

Not that I know of.

No filter in the heater. See page 30 for Maintenance.

If it is the membrane pad, you might be lucky and find one on ebay for cheap.
The one for my laars lite2 was also faltering, but they wanted 300 for a working pad.
The heater was pretty old and ended up getting replaced the next year.
