I have Pentair Easy Touch PL4; I disconnected it from the heater and this point and installed the jump wires
Is this a brand new transformer?
Are you getting continuity on any combination of wires on the primary or secondary side?
With a burned J9 connection, you probably need a new circuit board.
File a warranty claim directly with Pentair and they should assign a warranty service company to do the warranty work.
Yes, I purchased a brand new Pentair transformer when I wasn't getting any output on old one. There are only two wires on the secondary side and no output
Check continuity/resistance on black-white, black-orange and white-orange.

There should not be very much current on that cable.
Was there some sort of lightning strike or voltage surge recently?
