Pentair freeze protection stays in spa

My pool is in freeze protection but only runs the spa and is not switching back and forth. I have freeze protection “on” spa and pool. Is there a different setting I should change. Pictures for reference.

Anyone know why in freeze protection my pool stays in spa side and does not rotate. I made sure in circuits thatfreeze protection is in for both spa and pool mode.

What firmware version is it running?

Have you talked with Pentair Support?

Looks like it is setup correctly. I would reboot the panel on the side of the house and see if that does the trick. Its worked for me a few times when the system was acting wonky. If that doesn't work, I would call up pentair.

If all else fails you could mess with your valve settings and just let it run so that the pool and spa pipes have water running through them, or just throw in the towel and winterize.

One other thought, make sure you are not in service mode.

Yes its an Intellicenter.

Try upgrading to 2.026 from the Pentair website using a USB stick. Lots of bugs are fixed.
