Pentair easytouch and android/windows

Is my only option a mac or ios device? Android and windows are missing config features and haven't been updated in years.

They should really say apple preferred or we don't really support other platforms when purchasing automation. I am ready to rip it all out and send it back. Sorry you had to buy a device to use your equipment.

I have ScreenLogic installed on tablets/phones running Android versions 7 thru 11 with no issues, along with Window 10 (Std & Insider) and Server 2019. Not one time has either of my pumps turned off why using or configuring EasyTouch. On Android you have to download the SL Config app, Config is part of the Windows program.

Geek,

The problem is you and not ScreenLogic..

Like panic-button, I have ScreenLogic loaded on my Windows PC (Before that, other versions) and it has never failed to work. I suggest that you use your PC for programming and either the PC or your android phone to activate things. If you use your phone you need two apps, the ScreenLogic app for normal use and SLConfig for programming.
