Parts need replacement no one know what they are

Hi all wondering if anyone can tell me the name of the brown part as I have some that are cracked and no one know what they are to get them replaced. The spa has two very ancient blowers that only turned on with power I switched. In the spa there are holes on the seat for air to come out, air would come through wall jets and from two bottom discs in base of pool
