Yes I'm planning on replacing all 6 of the ball valves with diverter valves, those 6 come from the 4 skimmers and 2 main drains.
I was originally talking about the outlet pipe from the 2nd sand filter (on the right) and determining if I should put a diverter valve for the flexible PVC pipe going underground and a second diverter valve leading to the Polaris outlet line. Would probably make it easier for winterizing.
However in the previous setup they did not have a ball valve on the outlet pipe leaving the 2nd sand filter. So they winterized it, would they just have connected their compressor to the pump, placed the filter in recirculate mode, and blew out both the return and Polaris line at once?
