Opinions on tile job

Good morning!
Looking for opinions on our spa tile job. I think it’s poorly done. Unfortunately, this is our 2nd time having the tile done, and I’m not happy. The 1st was glass tile and it was awful. Pool builder blamed it on cold weather and a leveling agent (or something along those lines). I think it’s just poor craftsmanship. We had them rip out and install a porcelain tile because I was not convinced they were capable of doing the glass tile. I still think it’s sloppy work but maybe I am being too picky. Pool builder is saying it’s normal to have some chipping. Ever tile that is cut is chipped and the grout lines are uneven. Thank you for any input.

The chipping of tiles is common but I think the cutting blade should have been changed and the cuts made at a slower speed. Grout lines are very noticeable in how the widths are uneven. Cut tiles should have been on the grout side of the application and factory edge to the outside. This is more of the installers choices not being in your best interest and he being ok with that.

i’m sorry, this makes me cringe to look at. I taught myself to lay tile and did our kitchen, bathrooms, and backsplash in my house. The workmanship is bad. It’s an easy pattern and tile spacers should have made kept everything straight and grout lines even. The cuts are sloppy, they didn’t take their time or have a good blade. I hate that you have to deal with this again.
