Nice cooks all! I would’ve done a rack of baby backs but had a family occasion today.
I’ll probably throw them in tomorrow.

Ham cold cuts / sandwhich meats for lunch are $13- $17 a lb. The lobsters were $14 a lb. I think I'm going to start taking lobster and Swiss sandwiches to work.I haven’t had lobster in a while.

Yep it will only get betterRecteq 700 at 225 for 12 hours with recteq pellets. Darn thing keeps impressing me. Kept temp at 225 dead for 12 hrs.
Did a point. Second time only. First time was a complete experiment. This time I had help from Texas. A buddy helped me out a lot with different tips and tricks. Came out soooooo good! If I can reproduce this everytime I’ll be thrilled. Only thing I couldn’t do was a full rest. I only got in a 90 min cooler rest. Bit let me tell you I don’t know what any longer would have improved. I can’t wait to do another. This time I’ll get up earlier so we aren’t eating at 830. Lol. Ok time to hit the water the fish are calling.
