Played “wonder what I can find in the freezer” this morning as I was in the mood for some real breakfast. Turned out we had some shaved beef and potatoes. Sounded like a hash to me!

Today would have been my father-in-laws birthday. Gotta still have a party for him.

He had a sister that was born on the same day six years after him, so today is her birthday too. She lives about 5 miles from us and it’s her 80’th today. Sherry’s family couldn’t let all this hamper the day. One good thing about an Italian Catholic family, parades are easy to put together. ?
