I do understand that. But I believe most pool electrocutions have to do with the power supply to the pool rather than the stray voltage...

No suction side leak? Air is getting in somewhere. Either in the plumbing or in the wanda hose.

On my oval softside that was normal for that water height, filling up 4 more inches from there would mostly straighten it out.
