New Pool - Plaster Mottling or ???

This is a new pool and the plaster was installed on November 12. The plaster looks horrible. We have brushed it daily. It hasn't gotten better.

How many weeks does he say it should take?

Get a good test kit and trash the test strips. You have no idea what your pool chemistry is with those strips.
