New Pool Plaster HELP!!!!

We just had had the plaster completed yesterday for our new pool. The plaster company wanted us to wait to start filling the pool until this morning instead of yesterday after they finished because of the cooler temps. They had a hose ready for the pool and one for the spa ready for me to go. I put the hose in the spa and it pushed dirt out from the drain in the pool. Is this going to stain? Should I start brushing it to move the dirt around? I hope this isn't going to ruin our new plaster.

Yes I would push the dirt around and even think about using a shop vac to try to catch some of it to keep it from staining the new plaster.
