Hi - i have a brand new pool. 30 days old. Is this pitting or just part of the install/plaster? Should I be concerned about this?

It appears that some type of impurities were able to get on to the surface during the final trowel. Are all these pits a darker color or is that a shadow being cast on them from the camera angle?
I have seen this before but without the dark coloration and was from the finishing crew sprinkling water on the surface of the plaster before final troweling to keep the product hydrated.
Appears to be more cosmetic than structural/weakening from the product.

Yes I mainly want to make sure that the plaster looks OK and it's not pitting. Do you think this is normal looking plaster with some abnormalities in the surface as part of the install or pitting? The color that got in is mustard algae that I'm trying to treat.
