New pool owner with a pool pump prob

Hello. Had a major thunderstorm roll thru last night with whole house power outage for about 10mins. When I got up this morning the pool pump had not kicked on at normal time. When checked equipment, had power to heater but not salt cell or pump. Found pump/ salt cell breaker had tripped to the middle position. Reset entire fuse box for pool. Now have power to salt cell but not pump which is on same breaker. Pump lcd not on nor pump. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Turned breaker to all pool equipment off for ten mins then turned back on. Now pump and salt cell trip breaker everytime I reset breaker. What's the problem?
