Agreed. But with AS, if its not in the contract, that's a nice change order opportunity! Just like the high prices they gave you on the extra bench and light. Good base prices, solid pool. Expensive upgrades. That was my experience with interviewing them.WHY??? Why did they leave THAT?? Call needed for them to come and get it..........."Hey guys you forgot something!"

Yup once I added in the extras to match the other bids I had out they ended up being the same price and more. They give you this great price but once you say I want this vs this vs this they kill you. Just to send the electrician out an extra time to finish up bs 1 and done it was like 850 just to get him there.Agreed. Nothing happened on week of July 4th since a lot of people take off during that week. Gunite will most likely happen this week and I am getting the gas line installed to the heater. I will post pictures later in the day.
I am in VOU and no issues with HOA approval, it went smoothly, they take it case by case. There are only 10-15 pools here in the neighborhood and my guess is because many of the houses dont have the backyard to build one or since we have two community pools, then that is sufficient for most people. Here is a picture of the best pool in the community, its nice but IDK for some reason we wanted to have our own private pool... We would still go to this one every now and then but it does get packed and finding a spot on weekends is a mission.Very nice - any HOA issues (I am assuming you are in VOU or The Highlands) - I did not know pools were permitted since there are a few in the neighborhood.
