Are those results from a test strip?
Regardless, no FC causes all sorts of water clarity issues. No CYA may be one reason why you have no FC.

You need to get the leak stopped, then you need to balance your water. Pool School has tons of good reading on water balance (ABC's of pool water chemistry) while you're working on the leak.
