New build (day three pool startup) cloudy, bubbles

Just confirming, no need for skimmer float valve if main drain is plumbed separately?

Also, should I have more of the skimmer or main drain on when I fire up the equipment? I have to sweep so I was thinking more main drain.

Best practice for the hose after wrapped in towel, should it just sit there at the bottom or find a container to have it float?I am looking what I could use at the moment.
Wrap in towel and tie it to an empty and sealed bottle like a old chlorox bottle. I would also bundle two or three different hoses together with that bottle. It will fill faster.

I am grateful for reading the advice of monitoring the meter, based on the meter we were off about 4k gallons on the size..

There was a delay getting the pool started up but everything has been going. I have checked the chemicals a couple of times.

The question I have is what should my pump speed be , it was set to a lower speed initially. 59 gpm, what should I adjust it to?

Since it needs to run 24 hours is there recommendations on pump schedule and rpm.

Is ok to use sheer descent right now for a little bit or should I wait a while?

Can you post some pics of the Cadet Blue? I'm considering this color and can't find much on it besides Wet Edge's page or youtube channel. No of the PBs in my area has done this color and referenced Wet Edges page for sample pics.

Thanks!

Day three of startup and pool is cloudy and we are noticing bubbles on surface, from what I read it could be lack of chlorine not removing whatever it is. I just added 36 oz 12.5% chlorine 45 minutes ago for the first time. Will this resolve it?
