Moving and now need to design and create my pool

Hello,

My husband and I are moving in 13 days. We for the last 7 years owned an inground pool with the spa attached. It had a tile surround. We had a pentair robot cleaner.

We were ready to give our pool builder his deposit and were advised don’t use them. Now I am rethinking everything from vinyl versus concrete and who to use etc.

Any and all help is appreciated!

Hi there Katie....what a fun place to be-planning your next pool when you haven't even moved yet! I love it!!

Actually, my first bit of advice is to think of every element of your current pool that you really like. And then list things you wish you'd done different or had but didn't have on the current pool.

Were you happy with the depth, or do you want more or less?
Did you have automation? Was it necessary or just nice to have?
Are there things you can splurge on, and anything you can save money on?

Those sorts of decisions are quite personal...if I had unlimited bucks and space my pool would be entirely different. So we all make compromises.
