I am having a terrible time getting help. I have a Jandy heat pump that reads: "failure: shorted coil sensor". I have tried for 2 days to get a hold of Jandy with not response. I found youtube on Jandy heat pumps but not about coil sensors. I contacted a Jandy parts dealer and they cannot help. They told me to contact Jandy. I found a service contact online and contacted them. They said they have not serviced the pool heat pumps. out of ideas. can anyone help?
