I have done a large amount of testing to attempt to get to the IntelliValve to bow to my commands. In the end after bricking a few of them, I believe that the firmware currently installed on the valve does not have the programming to set the endpoints and the commands that we did uncover actually set the valve up to receive firmware. There are some messages that do come from the IntelliValve but they are of no use. There is a sequence to address the valve and disable the control panel but that is as far as it goes.
There is an abandoned git repo that contains the research and a conversation related to what we see on the valve firmware. I do not recommend running it against your valve because the 245 and 247 messages send it into programming mode.
