Silly question but why wouldnt you want to make your mixture 100% acid, and turn your "squirts" to a lower % in order to decrease the amount times you have to fill the tank?

Good question.
1. The MA is just too strong at a zero mix (28%). It's very hard on the chemical tubing, especially the tubing around the peristaltic pump.
2. There is a warning in the manual that stipulates a 50/50 mix.
