thank you. That is easier to see. The crud in the LED bubbler lights was construction debris. PB manager came out and took the covers off and cleaned them out with an old baby bottle brush I gave him. He used a screwdriver and tapped on the rim until it turned and opened. so that issue was resolved, and hopefully I don't have to do that once a week or even once a month, now that the original debris that was left in them is cleaned out.
Unrelated to your current issue, I saw you attached a PDF in an earlier post, not sure you meant to do that. It has your full info on it - name, address, phone number and email address. Just thought I'd mention it, just in case.
