Repair Wet Edge Plaster without Draining the Pool?

Hi,

I had my pool installed this past summer and the interior finish is Wet Edge Primera Stone. It had a few issues in the finish where there are some rough spots, a few spots that the cream didn't get properly sanded, a few divots and an uneven area by a light. The installer is great and will come back to fix these items. My question is has anyone had their wet edge primera stone repaired? Can they do this with water in the pool or do I need to actually fully drain the pool?
I appreciate your feedback!
 
The installer should tell you what he needs.

It depends on whether he can reach the areas needing fixing, how cold the water is, whether the installer can get wet, and whether the areas need polishing or plastering.

I had similar work done on my pool with Primera Stone. They took 100 grit diamond sanding pad and smoothed rough areas and other uneven spots by hand underwater. They also used some sort of plaster filler where they dug out some small (nickel size) divots.

Not sure where you are located but hopefully the water is 80f or higher.

We’re they able to put the filler in with the water in the pool?
