I'm not able to use the phone app or web controls through the PC. Is anybody else having that issue? When the Zodiac server goes down, does the app stop working, or is it a local control unless making changes?

When the server is down the only way to control is locally through the PDA or a wired device (or the panel directly). I don't believe you can use any of the computer or phone/tablet based apps at all. I also don't think you can program anything with it down. You can basically turn things on and off. Very poor design.
