eyeballs in the walls, pop-ups in the bottom of the pool. Think that’s it! So maybe I’ll set that one at the 50-50 mark and see how it goes. I’ll also try the 20% on the actuator valve near the check valve. Again, thank you for helping!

If I were in your shoes, I'd want to know what the valve actually controls...
I suggest that you set the valve so that you shut off one of the two pipes and see what works and what does not. Then turn the valve 180 degrees and shut off the other pipe and see what works and what does not.
Once you know what each pipe does, then make a decision where you want to set the valve. That said, I suspect that 50-50 will work. Personally, I like having most of my return water going to my wall eyeballs. This helps the skimmers work well. Floor returns do not really do much.
