Hayward Pump SP3400vsp will not turn on after heavy rain and power outage.

Hi. I have a 6 year old pool.
My Hayward Pump SP3400vsp will not turn on after a power outage. It is hard wired from my electrical box. I have confirmed voltage at 240 testing L1 and L2 (not to ground) with a multimeter at the pump drive connection. Impeller spins freely.
I do run my pump 24/7 and at low speed during the winter months.
Is my pump motor gone?

EcoStar pump drives are known to fail prematurely. Six years out of an Echostar pump is a pretty good life.

Display and controls light up fine.

No automation on the pump. It runs 24/7

I did not know this about the pump drives.
How can I troubleshoot the drive, or do I just replace it with hopes that it’s not the motor?

You cannot troubleshoot the drive and it is not economical to replace the drive.

Just buy a new pump or as the Wiki describes you can install a single sped or dual speed motor.

A V-Green 2.7 motor, ECM27SQU, will bolt to the pump and work well. I've done it several times. Can't use the 1.65.

Don't replace it with another EcoStar. They are lemons.

Replace it with a Hayward Tristar pump or youc an put a VGreen VS motor on what you have.
