It suppose to fall below freezing in the wee hours tonight. Do I run all my pumps on high and heat pump heater to avoid any issues?

If only just at or below freezing for just a few hours, no real concern.
What type of equipment do you have? A signature really helps -- see Pool School - Getting Started
Many pumps have freeze protection.
Heat pump will not work at low temperatures. If you wish, run pumps at lowest speed possible (1000 rpm for VS).
