I had a service technician help me reconnect my iPhone iAqualink app to the iQpump01 wi-fi. Apparently when I replaced my router, it caused the iqpump01 to lose its wi-fi connection.
The technician reset the iqpump01 wi-fi settings by using the “Two finger Salute.” He pressed the “SVC” and “Wi-Fi to phone” buttons simultaneously for about 5-10 seconds. He said this cleared the memory of the iqpump01 module and it was now like it had never been installed.
Remember to set your router to broadcast only 2.4 Ghz while establishing your connection and that our phone is set to “join local networks” for iPhone users.
There is a youtube video that describes in detail how to connect with the iAqualink app which is helpful if you aren’t familiar with the app.
Hope this helps someone, it cost me $95 to learn!
