WE have 2 of the above that operate a pool and spa, yesterday the one that doses the spa stopped dosing chlorine and has locked out any further dosing for the chlorine. Can someone advise on how to unlock the chlorine dosing?

TFP is made up mostly of residential pool owners that are not in the pool maintenance industry..
Together we have a pretty wide range of backgrounds and experiences, but I doubt anyone here has much experience with your set up.
Assuming that one of our members has experience with your system, it might take a few days for them to see your request..
