Dolphin e70 won’t turn start

Hello:
My E70 won’t move. I have checked the impeller, tracks are moving freely, and everything appears clean.
Any suggestions?

does yours have a cable with a swivel adapter on it? (a 6-8" white cylinder maybe 3 feet from the robot itself)

the swivel adapter for my robot has 3 spring-loaded contacts and one of them was crusted up with minerals and couldn't make contact. if I gently pulled and then pushed the cable at either side of the swivel, it would work briefly... cleaning up the contacts fixed me up.

I had two cables with the same problem...
