My cleaner is acting up again and stops after moving about a foot forward. I cleaned up the impeller area and tested but the diverter doesn’t move freely manually when tested like it does at 2:06 in this video https://youtu.be/eTMeGg3eQtQ when everything is turned off.
I must be doing something wrong. Any suggestions?
