Found a vendor on Etsy to make this for us. Absolutely hate the color but craftsmanship is top notch! We plan on re-staining it a more brownish/gray within the next 2 weeks.

Actually, while the color isn't commonly used, its a gorgeous color and highlights exactly that this is *custom* stuff. Not run of the mill box goods. Its actually refreshing to see some color.... to me brown is just so....brown? This looks more like something you'd see in Southern Living.

Yes it is, with granite inserts.

Yes. And propane cabinet is vented.
