Live with the gray.

White grout on the coping will get gray with dirt over time.

It looks fine.

I agree on the white turning grey over time. Yours looks fine to me.

What they said LOL I was going to say the same thing. White gets and stays dirty looking so it would have ended up looking gray any way. It matches the gray in the tile so it is all good.
