changed things, opinions please

Does you pool builder allow you to select the manufacturer of the equipment? Do you want (or do you want to pay for) full automation, phone control? A VS pump is a great investment. I'm not sold on robots (yet), but many forum members love them. No reason to buy that from the PB, you can probably get it cheaper from a different source.
not sure of all the equipment, I'm going to make a list of the best things that people mention and then submit it,as my wish list. havent chose a PB yet waiting a a few to get back with me on designs ect. still.

The way the image is posted it is barely readable.

For equipment we need specific manufacturers and model numbers - pump, filter, heater, SWG, lights, automation, cleaner?

How many gallons in your pool?

For many reasons I have not been able to comment on this yet today THEN This thread came up: The SLAM works!! I was going to tell you to NOT do a beach entry as it eats a lot of pool space BUT look at what they did!!! I LOVE it!!! How neat that it comes up just was I was heading your way?????

I like how you have it turned so there is deck space on this end and that end. You will have a swim lane with it like this as well.

Just wanted to point out the plan still says 3' to 7' and there are not model numbers for the equipment.

not sure I will ask.
I need a list of things that people recommend for size of my pool, and equipment that's necessary.
so i can just submit the list for pricing, and then go from there. I feel like they are giving little info and of course I dont know, so I'm ending up going back and forth, uggg so exhausting.
but i thank all you guys!!!!!

iChlor SWG is not getting good reliability reports here. Better to get the IntelliChlor.

You need to decide if you want full automation. For Pentair, that would be something like the Intellicenter. It would include automated valves, the ability to run multiple programmed schedules, and Android/IOS/Alexa/GoogleHome control. It could add $2000-$3000 to the cost.
