Can't keep my PH down.

I have been putting in my PH as directed. But for some reason it stays high. The chlorine goes down because of this. I put in 12oz of PH in my 10.000 Gal, and within 2 hours it's back high. Is there something I'M doing wrong?

I suggest that you read through our Pool School...

pH and chlorine do not have much to do with each other... Your chlorine goes down, because like gas in your car's gas tank, it gets used up...

pH tends to go up, but usually not within an hour.. Are you using dry acid?? We only recommend using Liquid Muriatic Acid (MA)
