Can't find replacement stanchion socket covers. ideas?

Our pool has bronze (brass? the one cover we have has turned greenish like copper does) stanchion anchors for volleyball and basketball equipment.

We believe the original equipment was SR Smith? Paragon? We have one cover, and have ordered from 3 different retailers - recreonics.com; poolweb.com, and intheswim.com) that claim they fit/are the correct replacement part, and yet they are all too small and leave an edge exposed.

We are a considering 3D printing covers based on the one we have.

We would prefer to have replacement that is metal.

Any other bright ideas?
