Don't know. Looks like a liner skimmer from the holes in the throat face.

After a bit more digging, I'm thinking it's a Weltico A400 with a stainless overplate. They also do an A600 and A800 which a wide mouth and the whole skimmer mouth appears to be SS, rather than just a lining.
