The motor has broken on my 16 inch Intex sand filter pump. Is there anyway I can just replace the motor & not buy a whole new filter? Anyone know which brand of motors are compatible? Thanks for any help!

Seems to me you could use any 0.5 to 1 hp pump connected to that sand filter. As long as the hoses can fit on the motor (you might need adapters).
