Can anyone help me identify these black spots? Mainly on tanning ledge that’s 9” Deep, but around different areas of my 13,000 gallon SALT Pool. They form in a line and spread out.

Can you scrape any of it off? If so, smear on a paper towel. Let us know what you find.
Doesn’t smear on a paper towel and doesn’t scrape off with my thumbnail.

Do you have a trichlor puck? Lay it on one, but only for a few minutes. It can stain your plaster if left on too long.
