Anyway to fix a pool vacuum hose kink/tear?

So I’m honestly getting sick and tired of these pool hoses. This continuously keeps happening and I’m always gentle with my pool hose.

Anyway to repair this instead of buying another one?

Correct me if I’m wrong but Isn’t this for the end of the hose? This hood happened in the middle of my hose..

You are corrrect if the split is in the middle it’s probably best to get a new one. I would go with a commercial grade hose. They also make a barb/barb fitting the fits inside. But a new hose is probably the best option.
