This is slamming
Details!! How high is the CYA? How high have you been targeting FC? How have you been testing --- OTO, DPD, FAS-DPD, strips? How many times a day do you check and replenish? Did the leaf gulper work to get the soggy compost out? Have you been vacuuming? How often does the filter need cleaning? We can't tell you what you're doing wrong until you tell us what you're doing.

This is what should be happening

Im ran out of cya reagent so I can only test the cya with a test strip right now, it shows the cya to be 50. I have been targeting my fc to 10. I have been testing with oto and strips, i try to check it 3 to 4 times a day, the first day we used 4 packs of super shock 73% by the next morning it showed no tc or fc then I added 12 gallons of 6% bleach next morning no chlorine, 3rd day added 3 bags of super shock 73% and next morning it held the chlorine and has been holding it since then. Yes we used a leaf gulper to remove leaves, pump has been running 24/7 for a week now, we back wash when pressure gets to 25 or the return jet pressure slows which is probably once a day at the moment. We have vacuumed once but didn’t get much, also been brushing daily, most of the stuff is floating in the water. Lots of dead white algae.

As mentioned in the animation a FAS/DPD Test is required. Currently you’re just guessing. Assuming your CYA is 50 that puts your FC goal of 20, way above the mark you’re aiming for. As is algae is growing faster than you can kill it, thus the reason you’re still green.

Do you have a kit on order?
