Water is not quite crystal....

I have been vacuuming out the pool every couple days. It seems to still be getting a thin layer on the bottom. For the most part the water is pretty close to crystal clear . What can I do to take it to the final step to make sure it is 100% crystal clear? I don’t normally have a free chlorine level of 14 I added a little extra yesterday. Should I keep it at that level or should I take it back down to normal.. It seems to be holdIng FC overnight. Thoughts?

With a CYA level of 60 ppm you should target 24ppm of FC and followSLAM Process procedures. Sounds like you have a nascent algae bloom that you are just barely keeping at bay.
